  • Confidence Pool Weights - During weeks with byes, use 16 as the highest weight
  • Premium mode sometimes shows ads - If you see this, please let us know the navigation steps you took, and a screenshot would be ideal. 
  • 'Some Picks In' - Some survivor pool players are seeing this despite having all their picks, and their clone picks turned in. ETA 10/2

✅ Bookie Pool Standings, Pick Sheet Balance
✅ Ghost players showing up on some manager's Standings in the format Player xxxxxx (e.g. Player 113457) - This was due to players deleting clones they no longer wanted, and it left fragments behind.
✅ Margin Pool Standings - Several pools were not processed for Week 2.
✅ Survivor Buyback - We just deployed changes that should resolve the recent Buyback issues, including autopick to no longer generate a pick for a player pending a buyback. If a player still isn’t showing the status you expect, please use Manager → Buybacks to Approve Buyback or Set to Out-Of-Lives. If it still looks off, open Manager → Player Roster and set the player’s Status = Out-Of-Lives (if that’s your intent). Going forward this should be automatic; some in-flight cases need a one-time manager assist. Thanks!

✅ NCAA Kickoff Times - NCAA kickoff time for several games changed to a day later. The software needs to use the kickoff time from the master (actual) schedule and not the manager schedule. Manager workaround - reset your schedule (just hit 'Set' to refresh kickoff times).

Survivor Buyback Disclaimer
  1. Buyback logic is easily the most complicated on our site and has to support numerous and sometimes exotic edge cases. Our legacy site buyback logic was extremely flimsy, and only barely worked with duck tape and code hacks. We knew we had to fully redesign this logic with better scaffolding.
  2. Buyback leagues, which easily represent less than 10% of all survivor pools, constitute at least 30% of support tickets (in a normal year, which this one hasn't been because of the growing pains). 
Given those two items, we seriously debated not supporting buyback leagues on the new site (we might be the only site that does, now that Splash has dumped buyback leagues). I'm still not sure we made the right decision but we plan to keep pushing forward until we get things flushed out. The new scaffolding design will make it more stable once we work out all the edge cases.

NCAA Week 1 Scheduling Anomaly (2025)

The problem
Historically, our platform did not include Week 0 games in NCAA schedules to avoid the case where a team appears twice across Week 0 and Week 1. During the migration to our new website, that exclusion logic didn’t make it over, which allowed a few teams to appear in both Week 0 (Aug 23) and Week 1 (Aug 28–30). Because picks are stored by team only (not a specific matchup), any Week 1 game involving those teams creates ambiguity about which game a player intended.
What we did:
  • We removed the affected Week 1 games from the OfficePoolStop schedule.
  • We voided Week 1 picks on either side of those games (they neither help nor hurt results).
  • Pick’em (Pick-X): Voided picks do not count toward the X-pick requirement
  • Confidence: Voided picks (and their weights) are ignored.

Going forward
Before the next college season, we will determine whether to support Week 0 games, especially cases where a team also plays again in Week 1.
