It seems like, right now, we have to set the amount each player pays either per week or per season, but then we also have to do the math to figure out the exact dollar amounts each player gets paid based on the results.  Could you have the platform do the math on the total players in the league times the entry fee, and then we could just set percentages each winner gets, which would automatically change based on more or less players signing up.  Maybe this is already possible, please let me know.
