Login problems
Virtually all login issues are user problems. Be sure to use the proper case (upper or lower), and use the correct special character if you have one in your username or password. For example, one user had a single quote (') in their password, but they were typing in the back quote (`) symbol next to the 1 on their keyboard.
Players
If you forget your username and/or password, you can recover them using the Recover Password page here:
You should normally get the login info almost right away. Be sure to check your spam folder, or your 'All Mail' folder. If you do not receive the email with login info, you may have unsubscribed from getting emails from our site in the past.

to re-enable receiving emails from our site. Also make sure your email provider isn't blocking emails from us. We've found this is especially true with
yahoo.com emails, so check

whitelist our domain.
If you forgot the email you signed up with, ask your league manager (or anyone else in your league) to look it up. All they have to do is login and click on your name in the Standings. The email is shown toward the bottom of the displayed player card.
If you are still having trouble, ask your league manager to reset your password. They can also tell you what your username is if you forgot that. As a last resort submit a help desk ticket and we can reset your password.
If your email is Yahoo, AOL, or Verizon (all the same company) whitelisting may not help. Currently your only option, if you want to receive emails from our site, is to sign up for a free Gmail account or other email provider.
Gmail is FAR superior to Yahoo and you will not be inundated with ads. With Gmail you can set it up to retrieve emails from Yahoo so you don't have to give up your Yahoo email. Once you have a Gmail or other email, visit our

Managers
If one of your players is having trouble logging in, it is always a user problem. Their email is their username, and you can find their email on the Player Status page in your Control Panel. If necessary, you can reset their password for them on the Change Player Password page.
