If you are a manager of a survivor pool, you have several options to deal with the post season:

1) RECOMMENDED: In your league settings, set 'Reset for Playoffs' to 'Yes' in the 'Times team can be picked' row. This will then allow players to choose from a clean slate when the playoffs start. See screenshot below.

2) Just let your league continue to run as-is. Chances are that not many teams will be left to choose from and your league will end either when all players are out-of-lives, or if last man standing is set, when there is just one winner or after the Super Bowl ends. The survivor pool tie-breakers you have configured would then decide the winner.
